KAY ATKINSON

Kay loves to travel and to eat! After taking her first food tour in 2011 in Chicago she was blown away by the experience – all the things she likes in one: wandering around a new place soaking up the sounds and smells, finding out about history and culture and getting a feel for a place and finally, trying local foods and drinks. Kay and her family live in Harrogate and are very happy to do so and want to share the great things about Yorkshire with visitors and so was born Yorkshire Appetite!

LOUISE RODGERS

Louise is our guide for all things York and Vegan! Another traveller with a long love affair with the Food Tour, Louise is a born and bred Yorkshire Lass who always returns home to her roots however far she may travel.  Louise lives in Harrogate with her beloved English Bull Terriers Kiki and Bootsie. With a passion for food and for sharing that enthusiasm with visitors she is a integral part of the Yorkshire Appetite Team! 

JILL LAURILLARD

Jill is another keen foodie and is our Otley expert.   Plus she enjoys meeting the visitors on our classic Harrogate Tour. A long time devotee to food tours around the world, Jill has lived  in North Leeds with her husband, Mark for over 30 years.  Jill very much regards Harrogate as a second home having got married in the town and is quite the expert on the coffee shops of Harrogate!

GREG WINROW

Greg is based in York and has a long background in hospitality. He has lived in York most of his life and is currently based in Goodramgate right in the heart of the city. Greg loves food (who doesn't?) and has travelled to some far flung destinations to experience different cultures and cuisines from around the globe. Greg lives with his pet cat 'Percy' and when he is not busy on food tours he enjoys creating art of the city which he exhibits in local venues.

LINDA MOORE

Born in Harrogate Linda spent 20 years as an exhibition and events organiser in the UK, Europe and America.  A career change resulted in 10 years of organising activities for Dementia clients.  She currently volunteers at the National Trust and Ripon Museums, doing both school and visitor tours.  She lives in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales with her husband. She enjoys walking Ralph, a very excitable Springer Spaniel, going to music events, travelling the world and swimming when not looking after numerous grandchildren - and eating of course!

KATE HOLMES

Kate is originally from Birmingham and is now living in Headingley. She loves travelling and trying different cuisines. A student at the University of Leeds, she loves meeting new people and sharing experiences with them, so what better than sharing new restaurants! Kate is a newbie to living in Yorkshire, so she is still discovering new and exciting places to eat every day!

JAS KAUR

Jas is our expert on Indian Food and has lived in North Leeds for over 40 years. A passionate cook who has a diverse knowledge of Indian cuisine having had her own food blog and delivered cookery lessons. Jas has an excellent awareness of the diversity of Indian food and restaurants offered in Leeds. With a background in science and nutrition, you could not be in better hands when it comes to a great tasting experience.
