Can anyone guess what this is? 💭 Whilst on our wonderful Florence Food Tour, we really dived into the heart of Italian cuisine and discovered a local delicacy - Lampredotto. Intrigued by its name and curious about its origin, we soon learned that Lampredotto is a traditional Florentine dish crafted from the fourth stomach of cattle, known as the abomasum. I would love to say it tastes better than it looks but…it’s all a matter of personal preference!
